Photographing some of the best sportives in the UK

A very busy weekend ahead of us with 10 events to be covered. May Flyer and Hampshire Hilly Hundred are two events that we covered in our first year (2007).

Lincoln GP Sportive is fast becoming a favourite, after photographing the Lincoln GP for many years from the mid 80’s it is great to see over 1000 sportive riders take on the famous cobbled climb into Lincoln. Davina McCall’s women only sportive for Action Medical Research is the third time she has promoted this ever popular event; for the same charity over 1000 riders are due an early start for the Suffolk Sunrise. Elsewhere 2000 will be taking part in the Wiggle Jurassic Beast over some tough but rewarding Dorset countryside. Kilotogo have a new event in North Yorkshire which we are sure will produce some great images. Finally we have two more new events with the Cheltenham Spa Sportive and the Malvern Spring Sportive.
